Death at the Costume Banquet
May 3, 2011
First of all… try as I may I cannot seem to change the wild way my type came out.. sorry!
The Readers studio was, once again, a wonderful experience!
I went to the ‘come as a tarot card’ banquet as the Death card.. Scythe in hand.
Made some new friends, learned some new (tarot) tricks and sold a lot of my goodies.
Sandwiched between Joanna Powell Colbert & Beth Owl’s Daughter and the Tarot Garden in the Merchants Faire was both delightful and profitable!… so much so that now I must get back to work big-time to create more tarot bags, pendulums and jewellery. It is my pleasure!
Thank you, Readers Studio, for hosting the best time in NYC!

I love the picture of you and Bob! You’re a really interesting take on that iconic American Gothic painting!
Hah! the scythe being the pitchfork? This is more American Goth than Gothic!
It was a very good time, wasn’t it? I’m happy that your work was/is such a hit with the folks who were in NYC with us.
I appreciate your support, James.. always have.
